Our unique blend of 5 moisturizing ingredients is specially formulated to deeply penetrate and hydrate the dryness of nails and the surrounding area and cracked cuticles, leaving them soft and supple. It can also care for the hyponychium (*1) for long-lasting beautiful nail beds. Infused with a delicate and refreshing soap fragrance, this lightweight oil is quickly absorbed, making it the perfect addition to your daily nail care routine.

Moisturizing ingredients: olive fruit oil, avocado oil, jojoba seed oil, macadamia seed oil, and *argan oil (*Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil).

*1 The hyponychium is a part of the human nail located under the free edge of the nail plate. It is a slightly whitish, crescent-shaped layer of skin that seals the space between the fingertip and the underside of the nail plate. The hyponychium is an important barrier that prevents the entry of microorganisms, dirt, and other foreign materials into the space under the nail plate.

We ship through USPS domestically and UPS internationally.

Order and Shipment processing

Shipping confirmation email will be sent to you that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. For orders from the US area, It may take 1 to 5 business days After leaving our shipping center, it will depend on your shipping address. All of our shipments currently ship from Redondo Beach, California.

Our business hours are Monday - Friday Pacific Standard Time (excluding U.S. federal holidays) and the order cut off time for same-day processing is 12 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time.) We typically need 1 to 2 business days to proceed with your order.

To avoid any complications with your delivery, please confirm Shipping Information and address are complete and accurate when submitting your order.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, and/or carrier complications.

International Shipping Policy
Canada only at this moment. Flat shipping rate with UPS International ($14.99) on orders of $100 or more. USPS First Class Mail International shipping rate (up to $29.99) will be applied to any orders of $99.99 or below.

International orders may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may also be subject to additional fees for standard customs clearance procedures.

Customs clearance procedures, if required by the destination country, can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Weekly Gel endeavors to provide a transparent shipping process, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs in the destination country.

Return policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@weeklygel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
